I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF KULULA FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS, TRYING TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT!!! I HAVE SPENT MORE THAT R500 ON AIRTIME AND STILL I HAVEN'T SPOKEN TO ANYONE. THE SERVICE IS REALLY PATHETIC AND UNRELIABLE. I HAVE WORKED IN TRAVEL INDUSTRY FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH BAD SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 40 MINUTES AT A TIME, I HAVE SENT E-MAILS, I LEFT FACEBOOK MESSAGES WHAT MORE SHOULD I DO??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CONSIDERING I STILL HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT, ONE WOULD THINK THAT THE SERVICE WOULD BE "NOTHING BUT AWESOME" AS REPEATEDLY MENTIONED ON THE VOICE MESSAGE!!!
