Paid for nothing

I had tickets booked for this weekend but because I dont possess the original card my booking was made on mango refuses me admission yet when it comes to payment they are ever so willing to help with different methods. i think the credit card policy as one person doesnt keep the same card forever or some people book for others. i will never consider flying with mango again or reccomend them to family or friends.
