I went to Prasa cres at 30 wolmarans street, braamfointein Johannesburg to purchase a tender document which was posted on Sowetan a national newspayers saying that documents will be ready for collection from the 22 of November 2013 today is the 25th and the document is not ready. How can a company advertise and make a promise and not live to it. It is unprofessional and unacceptable just because there is no1 they report to it doesn't mean they should not stick to their job description and deliver on time. I am very angry and upset.
