Low Quality Airline: Strange noise during take-off and bouncing around despite calm early morning conditions. Flight turned back after 30 min in air due to technical difficulties. Pilot mentions he suspects pre-existing condition. Ground staff's attempt at providing alternative flights is CHAOTIC. Mango's Airport Manager is friendly but unable to provide me with a connection to attend a critical tender meeting. Assured me on the day that re-fund would be forthcoming. After 2 weeks Call Centre "will investigate'. Three weeks later = no refund as yet as "they think there is a backlog in the finance dept".
I don't fly regularly & not up to date with local carries but above might explain why I could not get a seat on one of the other carriers but ample space on this one.
