Paid for a comfortliner, double deckerbus only for them to release a bus that has not been serviced just because it is going to Zimbabwe?! The bus had no shock absorbers anyone who had just been in an injury would have probably gotten worse and not to mention premature labour. On our part we had to cancel all plans made as our bodies had been pummelled for that 12 hour bus trip as a result Bulawayo vacation spoiled as the next day we had to travel up north.
Management (Billy Lotter) response was: bus was roadworthy although a "bit" uncomfortable if another bus was to be sent that would have taken another 12hours he said. Was it true? Of course not the driver noticed shock problems while we were in Midrand, they probably told him to not cause alarm. From there on he was also hostile locking passengers in when stopping at garages to pump some air, all stops made never communicated til we reached border gate.
