Disgustingly Dirty and Bad Attitude

On Saturday 19/10/2013 was on a Mango flight JE241 from OR Tambo to Durban on 19/10/2013. When it came time to board we were taken by bus to the aircraft, fine it wasnt one of Mango branded aircrafts. When we boarded the aircraft when we got to the door we were greeted by the head air steward on board with a great big attitude .. and shown to our seats, row 1. When i sat down in my seat and took a look around where i was sitting it was disgustingly dirty. Around the window on the wall there were still juice and food marks from i dont know when, on the wall in front of me was filthy black marks and foot prints all over the place.

When we were airbourne we ordered each a juice, i ordered an apple juice and my partner nicely asked the air hostess if they dont have any liqui fruit juice, with a terrible attitude she took the juice back and said she will go check eventually coming back with a liqui fruit juice.

I always use Mango airlines as a preferred carrier but after such shocking service and terrible hygeine it really leaves question marks about this airline.
