I decided to assist my parents and get involved with the 'admin' of their timeshare after numerous enquiries have been met with confusing, contradictory information. I have had the absolute MISFORTUNE of dealing with Bianca Hendersen from what I believe is the bela bela branch of Funseekers international. She has supplied incorrect information if she even answers the questions we asked her regarding availability of timeshare and points etc. Her attitude towards myself and my family had been appalling and is a very bad reflection on the company. I don't think anybody knows what they are talking about at Funseekers - seems we have paid (In advance) for services that are never available to us. This is NOT what we had in mind when we bought timeshare.
