We booked accommodation through [URL Removed] for 4 nights 5 days. In disbelief, the false advertising we received was appalling! What I want to find out is that if [URL Removed] assesses accommodation before uploading them on the website and rating them? Most of the things listed on the site are. This was the worst "so-called ACCOMMODATION" we have ever checked into! From the day we arrived, to our stay, until our departure! A lot of false advertising, lying, disrespect and that we experienced at the place. We were treated so bad! The pics & info given on safaris site is more. The walls, curtains, cupboards were filthy. We even had a rat in the kitchen. Our linen was never changed during our duration, nor were we given clean towels whilst our stay. The owner never bothered checking up on us and if we needed anything. It says there's limited dstv-! We got there, she never even bothered showing us the place around, we had to figure things out on our own. She 'claimed' to be sick, which clearly was a lie. Such places give safarinow a bad name because she knows nothing about customer service. It was DISGUSTING!!
