What does business class mean?

We recently made use of SAA for our Honeymoon to Mauritius.
My husband went all out and booked business class tickets for an extra treat. The flight there was absolutely amazing, comfortable, food great and service excellent.

On our flight back, Saturday 31st of August 2013 at 17:25 we were extremely disappointed when we were "given" a small domestic plane with no comfy seats, not even a personal TV on a 4 hour international flight and to make things worse the communal TV didn't even work. You can imagine our disappointment not to mention the service was extremely slow, my husband had to ask 3 times for something to drink.

Taking into consideration it was our Honeymoon and expensive tickets this is definitely not what we expected from a leading airline. When I sent them this complaint I received a generic reply. I said I would like proper compensation and a manager should contact us. This was 3weeks ago and we are still waiting. SHOCKING!!!
