No Answer, No Reply, No Deposit & Rent Monies

I have a problem with Power Property Group in Goodwood. My Family have 3 properties in Goodwood that are been managed by Power Property Group (PPG).

We having the same problem trying to get the Deposit & Rent monies out from Suzette who is the Owner of PPG, I have called, Emailed and went to their business address in goodwood to speak to Suzette in person to query the progress of my tenants Deposit & Rent to be transferred to us.

As we get no answer, and when my mother went to their office on the 13th Feb 2013, Everything was closed up, looking as if they are hiding away from people, after knocking several times she finally got an answer from Suzette's husband Deon, who is also an owner of PPG, He was very impatient with her when she went to talk to them. Deon said that Suzette was not there, and that she would get back to us, we are still waiting for a reply.
One of the properties, the outstanding amount of rent monies is R4004.40,
Another is the deposit amount of R4000.00
