I by accident booked 2 tickets for the same passenger to fly to Cape Town (my connection timed out the first time and as I didnt get a confirmation email, I assumed the ticket didnt go through, so I booked another ticket).
It turned out that both tickets went through and Zubaidah and assisted me in getting my refund back.
I was advised the process takes around 6 - 8 weeks. She sorted it out in 3 weeks. Thank you for your feedback and assistance in this regard!
