It is a painstaking process trying to make a change to an existing flight booking. Six phone calls later - each and every one being cut of after being told "All our agents are currently busy, please phone again later." I phoned the Comair head office switch board three times, was transferred to Kulula call centre but my calls were cut of whilst speaking to a consultant time and time again. Unacceptable and disappointing to say the least.
