I have just experienced the worst service at East London Airport
My mom needed wheelchair assistance after a hassle- free check- in. Ten (10) minutes prior to departure there was still no sign of an SAA employee or even from ACSA to advise us that help is coming. Panicked, I went to ask and the ACSA gentleman's attitude was appalling, condescending and patronising!!! When I complained about his bad attitude his colleague came in--- told me to WAIT, that ACSA employees were doing me a favour by talking to me, I am SAA's responsibility... Wait for who, for how long... and the ACSA gentleman tells me "I'm not gonna say anything to you anymore" Like WOOOOW!!!
Malizole from SAA strolls by (not coming to attend to us but gets ambushed by these 2 ACSA employees), basically tells me to chill, not to worry about time. How do I relax, 10 minutes prior to departure and my mum is still sitting outside the boarding gates?!?!?!?!?!
SAA and ACSA EL, your service is downright shocking, disgusting and at an all-time- low. When I told them I was going to complain, they couldn't be bothered one bit. Perhaps they know nothing will arise from my complaint... Just putting it out there
