Even difficult customer treated well

The check-in staff are well-trained to recognise the panicked look of a customer running late. A female employee spotted me (amazingly!) and showed me to Edwin who was friendly and polite even though I was there five minutes after check-in closed. He helped me get my bag on the plane ASAP with another male colleague.

Of course, I don't recommend running late, but I fly with Kulula a lot and it's so nice to be treated with respect, even on the rare occasion I mess up. Thanks to everyone involved.
