Damaged luggage

I reported my damaged luggage at Lanseria Airport on the 15th of July 2013. We supplied them photo's and all relevant comtact details.

Today is the 24th of July 2013 and we still haven't had a response.

I'm truly dissapointed as this is an Airline I use frequently.

I'd appretiate a response ASAP!!
