Received excellent service from the ACSA permit office

As posted in my previous complaint, here is an update:
They where just having another busy day at the office, . and there i was at the wrong time and got all angry and frustrated and impatient so i go and lodge all complaints.

Also to think of it, always received service from the offices previously, so i would like to say THANK YOU TO RACHEL and also at the same time apologize to her and her team at her offices.
