On Thursday 11/07 at 1800 I was collected from my apartment in the city bowl, the cabby proceeded down kloofneck rd and at the intersection of Burnside rd and Kloof Nek he cut across from the extreme left lane turning right into the lower part of Kloof nek, having a close call with traffic approaching from the rear as the vehicle hooted at the taxi driver flying past us. I then said to the cabby, Bradwin, he should not be driving like that with passengers in the vehicle, he then proceeded to tell me he knew what he is doing and if I want to complain I should call his boss, which I did. The receptionist /operator answered I asked for management, whom I was told had already left for the day, so, I proceeded to lodge my complaint with her so she could log it. Needless to say the cabby had lots of dialogue for the rest of the 15 min trip. When I asked his name at first he didn't give it to me and when I asked for a receipt for the trips with his name and details he had some story that there was no receipt book and this is not his vehicle, bla, bla.. Unfortunately not enough space for balance of story
