Holiday Club - How can you trust them?

My uncle bought points in 2008 from ECB Marketing represented by Johan Mostert and has been paying the yearly membership fees since then. He has, however, not been able to utilise any of the promised benefit as there is only one resort in Namibia, namely the Sandpiper Dunes. Whilst there were great promises made in 2008 on how the offering will grow and how great the investment was by getting 'in on the ground floor', nothing has materialised. We wonder how many Namibians have been caught like this and how the ethics of this business model can be justified. I would be plain embarrassed if this was my business. He has since attempted to utilise the I-exchange, which he 'qualified' for, but to exchange the Sandpiper Dunes for the Sandpiper Dunes is just plain silly. Attempting to book in South Africa has also met with poor results, as the resorts that interest him are usually booked out a year in advance. He has now been trying to get out of this financial sinkhole, but this is proving just as difficult. Realistically, on a good day, he would get 25% of his investment back if he could sell the points. Now Holiday Club threatens to blacklist him!!!
