My daughter was on the bus from Parktown Station to Scottburgh on Friday the 14 June 2013. When she arrived in Scottburgh much later than anticipated due to the original bus not being roadworthy, she was very upset as her luggage had gone missing. The driver simply said he may have taken it out at the previous stop and left it there. She had to spend the entire weekend without any extra changes of clothes and had to go to the additional expense of purchasing toiletries and the odd item of clothing. I realise that this company is known not to respond but please could we be assisted in some way.
