Clocks at OR Tambo

For the past 2-1/2 years, I've noticed the clocks at OR Tambo - terminal B, Domestic departures, are not working.
I've written (email) to ACSA customer care on numerous occasions, and they have been promissing to sort these out. However, the clocks still stand where they were Dec 2010, it's now June 2013!

How is this possible?

Then the traveller is to blame if he misses a flight, but he can't determine the time correctly, 'cause the clocks don't work!
