My name is Thabo Morake, we received a call from a VRS AGENT a couple of years back to some resort with my partner to come collect a vacation voucher, only to find that it was a presentation selling holiday timeshares. After the presentation there was a competition we were made to enter, which was impossible for anybody to win. There were documents we were made to fill in with a believe that we'll be offered holiday specials at a minimum monthly fee. Since then this company has been debiting money from my account but benefitted nothing from them, until I wrote an email to their debt collecting agency that I want nothing to do with their organisation and they should terminate whatever agreement signed. Debits stopped for a while, until I recently checked my bank statements, they've been trying on different months and different days of the month to debit money from my account which luckily were unsuccesful. The amounts they try debiting are ridiculous amounts which dramatically accumulate. They recently tried to debit more than R13 000 from my account, which is the amount I don't even earn on a monthly basis. When I called today to equire, the agent told me my contract is lifetime.
