I travelled with Bailey's bus from Capetown to Windhoek last month and had a bad experience. Their planning and scheduling is not done properly. Their stop times are not set so that it saves time, I know it's no their place but at the border we were delayed at customs because of some passengers and they ran out of fuel a few Km from the next town they were supposed to stop. Because of all these delays we only arrived about 6 hours later than expected. Another passenger mentioned having being in a similar situation when travelling with their buses. Their service is not good and they are building a bad reputation.
