I write this e-mail with absolute disappointment.
I have lost count of all the times I tried to get through to you guys which has become totally disgusting. My fianc? phoned yesterday and today and when asking for you, Nana, the agent just takes a message and says that she will phone him back. I have sent mails every week since the incident on which I didn't even get a reply this week. We are sick and tired of the negative attitude and response that we are receiving from a company that is world renowned. Greyhound is comfortable with my bad situation that has put me into unnecessary financial expenses and misfortune which was caused by your incompetent service. My claim has been in progress since 31/12/2012. How much longer will this still take?
