2 Months ago i contacted Flexiclub to cancel my contract with them as they charge ridiculous costs and gives poor service - staff at the accounts dept does not know how to speak to customers - no people skills.
i was forwarded a form for the resale company to fill in and is still waiting on feedback. when i do enquire all they say is that the resale company is still busy. Still busy for 2 months. really poor service. They charge you ridiculous fees and then you can only use the points once and must still pay extra in because the points are not enough. Disappointed.
