Great Service

We went on the 24/04/2013 to the new Makro in Alberton and we were walking around to see what specials were on offer and the next moment Mahlong were next to us and ask us if we are interested in the promo that Mweb were offering that day and he explained every thing in detail for us and even answered the quistions we asked him regarding the package we advised him that we don't have the banking details on hand to complete the application form and he suggested can't we phone somebody at home to give us the info we said there is nobody at home but we can come back to him so we went off to fetch the relevant documents for him and since it was the opening of the store the traffic was hectic so it took us a good couple of minutes to reach home and back we arrived back at the store by 6 and we phoned him and advised him we are outside he proceeded to contact the office to start the process and they contact us while he was searching for us outside he eventually found us and took the relevant info and were still very helpful even it was past his working hours, it was quite a shock to still receive such service these days, he is truly a big asset to Mweb.
