A deal is on offer for a BB9320 with webbook. Conveniently it is now out of stock and discontinued. When I phoned the manager at N1 City to find out more and when I told her about the Consumer protection act, she said that they not obligated to provided a similar item as per the fine print. I find this unacceptable as when the order was placed and there was 9 items left at the time. No one had the decency to even phone back to say that it was out of stock.
I want to know what will be given as a subsitute or what is going to be done to remedy this situation
