Poor Excuse for servicing / Repairs

I Have a Motorola XT910 and its battery is in need of being replaced, so i took it to Nashua Mobile headquarters in midrand. I tell the person I need to get my battery replaced but i need a micro sim card loan phone that can do emailing as it is my only line of business communication while out of the office. The lady says sorry sir all our loan phones are very basic and there is nothing i can do. So i ask if there is anyway it can be done, with a firm response with LAUGHTER from the other customer service reps that it cannot be done. Not to mention I would have to do a sim swap to the normal size one and use one of the basic loan phones which they now have none available. So for my contract that i am paying for, they cannot help me with the request I have, they want to charge me for a sim swap, which will be done again when I have to switch back to my phone. Not to mention they said it will take 30 DAYS to replace the battery. That is ridiculous, I know its a sealed unit but for a month i could send it to motorola in the US and receive it back battery replaced in a shorter amount of time.
