Strugging with the network for whole of April

I have been struggling to make call for the whole month of April just after 19:00 pm every single day. which is not cool at all. I have been telling my friends and family that I am thinking of changing to another network. And I have noticed that other networks are not giving any problems.
what are we going to do in emergency situation if this is the kind of service we are receiving.
they must either work on this problem or tell me if i should change to another network
