Cell C does NOT charge 15c a MB
When I got my account it was way more than I anticipated, and after enquiring the lady told me it is R2 a MB NOT 15c.
I have asked the people at the Kolonnade more than twice if they were certain that it is only 15c, and they assured me it is.
