As someone who heads up a client service department, I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Afrihost for their entire business operation.
I phoned the customer care line yesterday, as I had forgotten all my login details. It took less than 5 minutes to establish that I was indeed a client, and to SMS the details to me. The agent was very friendly and helpful.
After logging in, I noticed that the Clientzone was revamped and getting used to it was very easy.
I find it so refreshing to deal with a company who provide not only a great service at VERY competitive rates, but a fantastic user experience. I will definitely recomnmend them to anyone.
