8ta handed over an alleged contract in my name for cell no. 0813792299 to VVM for collection.
The following questions for them:
1) How did you verify my details for FICA purpose?
2) Where's the certified copy of the utility bill and ID?
3) Where did you send the monthly invoice / statement and proof thereof?
4) Provide me with a copy of the contract.
5) Did you call me telephonically to remind me of "so called arrears"?
