I have been waiting 6 months for Telkom to move my line to my new home!!! All I ever get is excuses about why they have not yet done it... This is now enough!!! On top of this even after telling them more that 5 times I am still being charged every month. This is only when you can actually get through to someone at the call centre!! And when you do after waiting for 30 min they dont even know what the they doing and cut me off all the time. I have been trying to get through to tell them they can stick their service but hey guess what... no one answers the dam phones.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I have had enough. Since 5 November 2012 when the call was loged and still waiting and being billed for something I dont even have!!!
