Almost 3 months without Blackberry

I have been with Autopage for quite a few years and received good service, but am so disappointed at the moment. I have handed in my Blackberry 8520 in January 2013 to have the screen repaired. It hasn't been returned to me and no one knows what is going on and can give me answers.

I need feedback and my phone back or a new one, this is ridiculous!
