I am besides myself with So Music, whom I have never even heard of until they started debiting money from my account! MTN phoned me in Dec offering me a laptop contract deal which I hesitantly accepted. In my accepting this contract deal, I supposedly accepted to opt in to have this So Music debit funds from my account to an amount of about R130, which they decided to deduct in small amount of less than R100 so that I would not be alarmed by the debits going of! I managed to stop one debit order and managed to get a number where I can cal and stop this which I had not authorised from happening altogether! Now they tell me I agreed to this on my call with MTN which I remember specifically saying I want nothing else besides the mtn contract and the amount specified! I requested the voice recording which they claim to have of me agreeing to this and up till this day I have received nothing! I check my statement again and find that they deducted again! DO I even blame MTN for passing on my information which is now being abused! I need an urgent response as this really NOT ACCEPTABLE!
