On the 31 I bought a data bundle for R149 and it still has not been loaded. I reported it on the 1st and it was supposed to be sorted within 24 hours but still nothing. I called again last night and they said my call logged on the first was not even looked at yet. Pathetic. They didn't wait to take my money. I have lost a week already and the bundle expires on the 29th so I lose and big company laughs. I have also reported signal problems and nothing gets done. They have the worst service.
