1 month ago I bought 2 hd pvr decodes an paid a multichoice preferred installer to install it. He started on Friday and promised to return the following day an set it up.
He has since not resolved this issue.
I have spent r3000 on deciders, r2000 on installation, r1000 for last month incl extra view
R500 on cell phone calls, r 500 on landline calls to multichoice Satanet, Lee Logan and thulani.
I am at my wits end because for all this investment we have yet to watch a single movie apart from two box office movies from start to finish!!! Because of signal set top box issues!
Multichoice has been unhelpful.
Satanet useless and deferring of information.
