INCORRECT DATA USEAGE

The problem I am having with Mweb is that the usage on my data is incorrect for the last 5months they maintain I have used my my 5 GB an I say no cause I have a usage monitor on my desk top and when I query this claim they have all the excuses for e.g.. in the month of March they claim I had used my total of 5 GIGS my usage report shows I have only used 2.GB this is what I call a rip-off.
they cannot resolve this problem one wonders how many other people are being ripped off.
they do not have a carry over system where by if I only used half my GB and paying for 5 Gb surely they should carry the balance over. they make promises to call you at a certain time and then they do not do so.
I am hoping they can resolve this problem without me having to change service providers
