Phone and paperwork Lost and No Feedback!!!

I reported my cell on Sunday 24/3 to Vicky Papgeorges, who took the blacklisting and insurance details. I called back on Monday and nobody could find anything. I went into the store on Wed and spoke to Lindiwe Kosa who could not assist as after 5 and insurers unavailable. I then phone following day and they could not trace anything. I phone again today 2/4 and spoke to Thaei Matha who could not trace my paperwork as Vicky is sick. This is disgraceful and my handset has not even been blocked!!! This is the most incompetent service that I have ever experienced and will recommend boycotting this store in future to anybody that will listen. Funny thing they promised to call me back from day 1 and its now day 11 and still no call back. Who do I need to speak to to get some service and assistance. Why am I paying insurance on my phone!!!
