There has been extremely poor reception in Midrand Glen Austin Ext 3 since December last year. I have perfect reception all over the country, but when I come into Glen Austin, all services on my phone stop working (BBM, Internet, Whatsapp, and phone calls). My phone sometimes indicate full reception for services, but I am still unable to use any of it. The problem does not with my phone as I have full access to services as soon as I leave the area. Other Vodacom users in the area have been experiencing similar problems.
I have contacted Vodacom customer services, but the issue has not been dealt with.
