NO RESPONSE NO CONTACT

Hi, so after sending iBurst 3 emails over a period of 5 weeks, without any response whatsoever... I am now forced to try and communicate via Hello Peter. I have been a client for 6 months and have a 1 Meg uncapped service which I pay almost R900 per month and am really not happy with my access speeds. Should iBusrt not contact me... I will be forced to cancel this service as you cannot expect me to pay for a service that I am not satisfied with and when you refuse to communicate with me.
