Bad Service and lack of response

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 7th March about an unresolved fault dating back to AUGUST LAST YEAR, got a response on the 11th saying Telkom acknowledge receipt of my complaint and that my case is with one of their advisors - they would provide me with feedback. Hasn't happened yet! It's now the 26th! I am so tired of logging fault after fault after fault - which I might add is the SAME fault over and over. I do work all day and can't spend my days doing this - it's ridiculous! To what end??? I am just NOT getting ANYWHERE - I'm so tired of this!!! Every time I log a fault, they don't sort it out and YET I get an sms saying fault has been restored - WHEN IT HASN'T!! It's a joke really, however I'm no longer laughing! I have lost my patience as well as my sense of humour - When will this end? If I didn't really need a phone line - I would've cancelled it long ago!
