Blanche has been in contact with you to assist with your complaint. She advised that Charlene is assisting you with the complaint and you still need to send your 3 months bank statement so that she can be able to assist further."

I appreciate your response but the email address I was given to send through my documents is incorrect. Please would one of your operators get into contact with me to sort this out. I have tried getting a hold of your call centre to get the details but being put on hold for 20 minutes (literally) is not on. I would really like to resolve this today.
