My iPhone was and i immediately reported it and got my affidavit. When i called Nashua legal i was informed i no longer had insurance as i was under Dept Counseling and my Dept Counselor had given them instructions to cancel my insurance. I called her to be informed this was not true as she is NOT a financial institution and is NOT legally allowed to give this kind of instruction. She also advised that she had not received any documentation from Nashua Legal informing her of their decision to cancel my insurance. I have also never received correspondence advising me that my insurance was being revoked. I have been paying my installments as agreed. I have been trying to resolve and come to an amicable agreement to have my iPhone replaced. I have been trying to call Megan du Plessis whom i have been informed by Musa is the manager for the last 3 weeks to no avail she does not return calls or answer her phone. I hold on for 20 - 30 minutes without any assistance and when the call centre staff answers they have conflicting comments. This situations is not acceptable as i have been a client of Nashua Mobile for longer than 10 years.
