I was advised by the call centre guy, to send my complaint off to you as well as to email the supplier.
I just so happened to pick up yesterday that I have been charged (30 times) for a 00:00:00 duration of a phone call(?) from my cell phone under a top up 315 contract with Vodacom in ONE month?
I was also charged in the same month R2:20 for a 00:00:01 second call???
I have sent them an email, which requires them to examine my itemised billing for the entire duration of my contract and to reimburse me with every cent plus compounded interest at FNB rates.
