My name is Susan Roman, and I am the contact person for this phone which my son, pays the contract. My complaint is that the sms I send for competitions and recipes don't reach the recipient, I was given the number to dial 140 opt 9 at Kenilworth Centre on the 8-03-13. Since then I have spoken to 8 customer care people, at one stage I was given a ref 3030900137 and was promised the the matter would be resolved by the 13th at 8h39. On the 18th Katlego phoned and I explained to her my problem and she said that competition don't go off free sms, I told her that I KNOW that and that I always have airtime. She told me the line was bad, so I gave her my land line and she still haven't phone me back. I have all the names of the other customer care consultants, they can call up my record and see how many times I have called in and who I spoke to. Thanking you Susan Roman
