I have been a Customer of MTN for 3 years now, moving from Vodacom because of service issues. Now i tried to call the call center to make changes as i am moving jobs and the debit order date needs to be amended for just this month, and the attitude from the call center is unacceptable, both people i spoke to were not friendly at all, didn't sound like they wanted to talk to their clients and it is unbelievable how the call center consultant can go "Jis" on the phone with the client.
