Not able to get my itemised billing after 6 calls

Good day

at this point im so furious, i have called mtn 808 call centre on 6 occasions trying to get my itemised billing
which im prepared to pay for for, on each and every call i have been promised to recieve this within 2 to 24 hours, it now 8 days later and still nothin recieved, i dont think itis the consultants fault but rather training that should be provided for these kind of requests, since each and every consultant so far has promised bit not delivered, please help me understand why this has to be such a difficult of a task, i have been with mtn for over 8 years now, i do however compliment them on outstanding service in other areas, the number i require the itemised billing for is 083 3122 639 from the 13th jan to 13 fe
