Incompetent staff lost your money

I am furious, Yesterday my girlfirend and myself went to the centurion malls mtn to upgrade our contracts.
After waiting 30 minutes for one person serving the entire shop, we got to the front. I wanted to upgrade from my bb bold to a s3 mini, after arguing with the guy behind the counter about the price advertised in the shop! He told me that he had the "newest" price list and that was that. Then my girlfriends bb she wanted as advertised for x amount would be R20 more because its a top up and not a contract. The guy was so arrogant and rude with a no care attitude. We went there to upgrade but left so insulted. I will be shopping around today at diffrent carriers for someone who appreciates business. We have been at Mtn for two years now and have never been so insulted.
