TOO LONG TO PORT

I have ported my number to cell c 2 days ago. I ported my prepaid number. This should not take more than 24 hours to sort out. I got an SMS stating that he port was successful put my sim is still locked to the old network.

When I tried to get hold of the call centre, it says that they don't have the provisions to take my call

Please help.
