I recently purchased a Giga 200 in Klerksdorp. To my horror, I can only receive edge signal at my suburb (La Hoff) which is driving me nuts, you can only download at a speed of 20kbps - useless. I logged a complaint at the call centre on the 9/01/2013 only to be told that I should receive 3g signal in Klerksdorp and they would look into the matter - nobody has got back to me. I would like Cell C to investigate and advise on the way forward.
